On September 18, 2015, John Magrino and Lauren Garvey won summary judgment in Queens County in Diaz v. President Holding Corp., Index No. 700981/2011. Mr. Magrino and Ms. Garvey successfully argued that the defect that the plaintiff claimed he tripped on was trivial and nonactionable as a matter of law.
