Russo & Toner Opens Office in Buffalo, New York

On September 1, 2015, Russo & Toner, LLP officially opened the firm’s Buffalo, New York office. Florina Altshiler, a former prosecutor and experienced insurance defense litigator, will serve as the managing attorney in Buffalo.
