On July 30, 2015, David Gould won a verdict in Supreme Court, Bronx County following a three-day trial in Ford v. Elomri, Index No. 308134. The plaintiff was a passenger in a motor vehicle operated by the co-defendant. It was alleged that Mr. Gould’s client made a U-turn in front of the co-defendant’s vehicle and caused the collision. Mr. Gould argued that the co-defendant driver was 100% at fault for the accident. The jury returned a verdict that Mr. Gould’s client was free from fault, and that the co-defendant driver was 100% at fault.
