Steven Dyki Co-Authors NYCLA Committee Report on Scaffold Law Reform

On November 6, 2014, the Construction Law Committee of the New York County Lawyers’ Association issued a report that was co-authored by Steven Dyki entitled “New York’s Scaffold Law and Pending Reforms.” The report addresses the legal basis for and benefits of the proposed amendment to Labor Law section 240 to include a plaintiff’s comparative fault as a defense.
